Do You Believe Precognition Is Real

Can people actually see into the future? If you’re asking us, we’ll freely admit we’re up in the air about the whole topic, but we’re leaning toward the side that wants to believe it’s possible. So, where do we go from here? Well, it so happens that our sister site, Alcwi, is hosting an experiment to see if people really can see into the future. Maybe, just maybe, their finally willing to give fringe science a chance. Bah! That’s our neighborhood! In reality, they are just performing a test to prove precognition isn’t real – so let’s prove to them otherwise!

Here’s how their test works. They are displaying five pictures on a page and asking you to determine which one they will display in their December 7th article and which one they will display in their December 27th article. None of the votes will be posted until they are all counted, so there will be no sway of past votes upon present ones (whatever that might mean).

If only we could find out ahead of time what pictures they intended to show, then we could show those stuffed shirts the meaning of precognition! But that wouldn’t do much to prove our cause, so we won’t go there. Instead we are asking you, our loyal readers who believe in the strange things science refuses to accept, to prove that humans truly can be psychic by participating in their little experiment. It’s just two clicks folks, so it’s 2 minutes tops on their site (yeah, we dread the thought too, but do it for us – please!)

Let’s rock the vote on Alcwi and show them we have a better community here. Call up your family, your friends, your co-workers … everybody you know! Post it on Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, you name it! Why? Because we want to issue a point, that we have the better site with the better audience, and nothing will take the message home like taking over Alcwi’s own experiment. We’re talking internet hazing here folks!

As we’re able to see where each web visit originates we know Alcwi can do the same, as they are built on the the same platform. No longer do we wish to be heralded as their redheaded stepchild, the time has come to rock the vote and let the stuffed shirts at Alcwi know that Weirdsci is a far better site!
